OUR main product is the monitoring program, which is a quarterly audit of all system waters to ensure that the treatment suppliers are complying with the performance specifications agreed upon with the manager or owner of the property.
The audit consists of the sampling of all system waters and the inspection of the chemical feed stations, corrosion coupon racks, controllers, log sheets, service reports, towers, and any other equipment open at the time of our visit.
The samples are shipped overnight to our laboratory and analyzed using state-of-the-art techniques. Within 48 hours of receipt, the biological portion of our analysis is completed and reported to the customer.
Within two weeks of sampling, the remainder of the analyses are complete and we create and in-depth report outlining problem areas, including recommendations for corrective actions. We become part of your staff.
The report may be followed by discussions with the treatment supplier, a formal review, and telephone and/or e-mail conversations until the situations can be remedied.
