Our monitoring program

Our main product is the monitoring program. This program is a quarterly audit of all system waters to ensure the treatment suppliers are complying with the performance specifications agreed upon with the manager or owner of the property.

The audit consists of the sampling of all system waters; the inspecting of the chemical feed stations; corrosion coupon racks; controllers; log sheets; service reports; towers; and any other equipment open at the time of our visit.

The samples are taken to our own laboratories and analyzed using state-of-the-art techniques. Within 48 hours of receipt, the biological portion of our analysis is completed and reported to the customer.

Within two weeks of sampling, the remainder of the analysis is complete and your representative creates and in-depth report outlining problem areas with recommendations for corrective action. We actually become part of your staff.

The report may be followed by discussions with the treatment supplier; a formal review; or numerous telephone conversations until the situations can be remedied.

Our work is designed to keep the water treatment programs on track and to identify costly problems before they can create serious conditions. We are well known for our continuing research in the areas of enhanced tubes, high efficiency tubes, system cleanings, biological fouling, condensate contamination, and glycol contamination, just to mention a few. Our ever expanding laboratory & field capabilities have made us one of the dominant forces in the water treatment industry and a valuable resource for our customers.

We have data on many sites going back over 25 years. This may have involved 3 management changes; 5 treatment rep. changes; and 3 water treatment suppliers. We become a stabilizing force for your sites.
