Water Treatment Bids
One of our most popular products is the water treatment bid. We usually have 10-15 of them active, anywhere in the country, at any given point in time.
Specific Creation – We create a true apples/apples competitive performance based specification. The specification is specific for your site or sites and generally is around 30 pages in length. Many customers have us run "group bids" which may involve up to 20-40 individual sites.
Bid Reviews – When the bids have been submitted by the treatment suppliers of your choosing, we analyze them for compliance, technical content, and price.
Bid Interviews – When the analysis is complete we schedule interviews with all the treatment suppliers at a location of your choosing. This is the most important aspect of the process. We technically challenge each of the Reps who you may ultimately give fiduciary responsibility for up to $50 million dollars of your equipment. It's a big responsibility and you want the best rep., from the best company, who will give you the most service, at the most competitive price.
